I couldn't agree more, but obviously for different reasons.

What makes the least sense to me while looking at these two posts together is that regular posters are instructed not to make digs at each other in overt or covert ways and to take any conflicts or misunderstandings over PM instead of creating drama in the public forum. I was not aware that the mods are supposed to do the exact opposite

I also found the post you just deleted very interesting, but I'm glad you managed to find a colleague you agree with after all.
