In the past I have seen other members ask for a thread or some specific replies to a post be moved from one thread to "Politics, Philosophy, and Religion" (which I believe is abbreviated PPR). I am not sure I understand the exact procedures for this or the considerations or "WP rules" involved with such.

I don't want to be personally disrespectful to any members, and I do not want to violate WP rules.
I am of a personal constitution where conflict often results in anxiety and sometimes extreme emotional distress/pain for hours or days, so I usually avoid the PPR threads, but there are some topics I feel strongly about and feel that keeping silent on them is a violation of my personal integrity. Striking a balance is difficult but avoidance is difficult too.

I would like to respectfully ask the moderators to consider either removing these replies or moving them to PPR, and give me feedback on the relevant rules and any recommendations on how to proceed, and on my actions so far.

As I say I will often avoid these things entirely for personal reasons, so am unfamiliar with the boundaries and how to proceed.

After 4,028 pages of that thread being in Random Discussion, a precedent for it remaining there has clearly been established.

Many posts throughout WP may touch on topics that some members are sensitive to, but it's not practical or fair to move or remove them all - provided they're not posted with the objective of causing a problem.

I think that's the case with these posts you've linked - the first is essentially a satirical comment making an interesting point on how abortion might be handled given the different circumstances where men could fall pregnant.

My personal opinion is that this whole part of conversation should be moved somewhere to PPR. There are threads for PPR memes and there, it wouldn't be controversial to post and discuss like that.
Abortion is a flammable topic and I believe restricting it to PPR (unless talking personal experiences in e.g. The Haven) should be recommended.

In what time zone is the WP server?  The times displayed for each post sometimes do not make sense to me.

That you have the time display only sometimes odd is a puzzle.

To clarify, that setting has the following note next to it: "Timezone to use for displaying times to users who are not logged in (guests, bots). Logged in users set their timezone during registration and can change it in their user control panel."

Since posts all have a date/time attached, viewable by those not logged in, it makes sense to use the server's timezone as the default for those cases.

Once someone logs in their timezone setting is used to display the date/times so they make local sense.
