How do i post a picture?

I’m using an Apple iPad.
I don’t know how to get the photo from my Photos app onto the message body. I know that you have to put a link or something to the photo, but i don’t know how to do that?

I upload images from any device, including my iPad, on https://postimages.org/, copy the “Hotlink for forums” and then paste it in my post or PM. I hope that helps.
