Also, johnpipe108, if you have suggestions for the site or you've noticed things that could use improvement, do tell us!
A hint about when things don't seem to work as they should; sometimes this is a browser issue, the browser is just too old to work correctly with the software used to run the forums, and it can be difficult for the user to realize this.
I had a problem with making changes stick on my profile the first time I tried, and it turned out to be an issue with an older browser, so I had to use a more up-to-date browser to make the changes stick.
General web site designs can be easily verified using a checker at w3c.org or WDG, but they cannot necessarily reveal the shortcomings in software scripts used to handle all the nitty-gritty details involved with making complex ideas like "forums" a working reality. User feedback is vital here.
Definitely user feedback on usability issues is very important to any site that exists to serve the needs of users, some of whom may have greater than average usability issues.
Dr. Jakob Neilsen's
site on web usability issues is worth a look-see.
