The nice coloured scrollbars in IE within the same RGB spectrum doesn't work well with colourblindness. I can barely spot the scrolling bar, my son who has a more severe colourblindness between green/yellow can't see the bar.

It's looking nice though, except that the difference between the green and blue is barely visible.
