Can a person change their username without deleting their account??

Nope, username changes are very rare, for the sake of knowing who's who. Aside from changing it if the username were potentially offensive (or IS offensive), the only one I've witnessed was when shadexii put a v instead of an x on it by mistake.

Or maybe I'll change it to Quatermass. That sounds like a good name. I can't believe nobody else has used that name. I better go register it before someone else takes it.
