moving ads make me nauseous

I hate that "She Married Him and they have 5 kids add that appears at the top of the page sometimes....the quivering photos make me physically nauseous....

I understand the need for adds to help support the board...but geeze...if these advertisers really do want people to look at their stinking ads, they should not make them so unbearably unpleasant...do they really think that people are so gullable that they will click on any ad that moves?
ARE people that gullable in real life?

Once upon a time on the Yahoo home page there was this disgusting ad for some sorta lip treatment...and it was so intrusive and disturbing that I wrote nasty e-mails to the company
I think I should do that more often.

Can ads be chosen? Can sponsors be requested to only post ads that are not an assault to the senses...especially since they are adverising on a message board for people with sensory issues and all...

ads with excessive animation should be blocked by default. Whats the URL the ad links to? I'll have to manually block it.
