Broken lightweight chat client

Hey there

I've putting out a stern reminder that the CGI chat is BROKEN and needs to be fixed or removed

I'm currently redirecting people to the java chat or mibbit to get around the broken CGI chat, but for convenience the current CGI chat should be fixed, so please Alex, fix it as lots of newbies are thinking they are being kicked out of the chat room

ok, I'm bumping this while the CGI chat is STILL broken, we have someone coming on the chat at the moment who cannot use the Java chat OR Mibbit, so please Alex, fix the CGI chat

in the mean time, if you cannot use Java or download an IRC client do this

1) go to www.mibbit.com
2) in the box for IRC, change it to read "Freenode"
3) the box for channel should have "#wrongplanet" typed into it
4) you may choose your nick at this point or change it once into the chat room
5) click "Go", and you'll arrive at the chat as normal

Meantime, if anyone savvy to the workings could throw up a replacement CGI;IRC server, that'd be super.
