I am having a problem with the custom ranks... When I click on it I get refered back to date of birth and avater...HELP

The "custom rank" option is not enabled until you have wasted far too much of your time posting here. (You have to reach 1000 posts first)

I think you are too new for a custom rank. You need something like 1000 posts.
