I know Aspies tend to have crappy social skills, but come on! I can't be the only one who sees how incredibly rude and inappropriate such behavior is. (Well, obviously I'm not the only one, since the mods deleted the thread)
But again, I can't seem to find where in the rules is prohibits posting private correspondences with a third party, bad etiquette that may be, but it's not actually a rule violation. What I'm calling arbitrary is the distinction between public figures, why is talking about one ok but not the other? If someone actually had a verifiable email conversation with, say W since he was my example, I doubt anyone would have a problem with it being posted for comment, except maybe him. This is a person who's involved with the perception of autism, so I would think that a conversation with her
might be of interest to an autism community, except that there is yet another random rule in the way, and given our opaque system of moderation, no way to question it.
