Why is this bit always blank on my profile?

Is it supposed to show the Last 10 News Submissions sent by me or is this a none-functioning bit of the site or a legacy feature or something?

I have puzzled over that for years, Tallyman. I also see the thingie of being subscribed to a 'newsletter' that has never happened, either.

It would be handy if it did work. When I log in the following day I often forget what I'd posted replies to the previous day and forget to look for follow-ups. I know this can be achieved by doing a search, but a pre completed automatic list of the last ten posts would definitely be useful. Perhaps it is not 'live' because of the extra strain it would put on the servers?

the software is ancient, by software standards. Since I have been a mod, I have not any different colors on threads I haven't read and have to search through the dates to see what is new. Its a drag!

If I am not mistaken, it applies to news headlines placed on the main page and does not relate to posts in the forum. On the Forum Index, on the upper right corner there is the option for seeing 'Your Posts' which will show all the posts that you have replied in. You can also opt for email notification of replies in threads you are actively watching/participating in when you make your reply (4th check box in the list below the reply field).
