It starts off with a simple piece of work that I put away thinking it unimportant, that I can "do it later" because I already have several non-school related tasks at hand. However, eventually, these all combine until I've got lots to do and I'm not making any progress with anything...

As it stands, I have several examinations to practice for, a room that needs redecorating, along with lots of organising to do, and coursework that I haven't even started, all atop homeworks...

It's pretty bad for me. I leave something til the last minute and then become too afraid to admit that I haven't left myself enough time to do it properly. I was meant to finish my Biology coursework before Christmas, it is now March and still no progress. I'm too afraid to even mention it when the teacher asks us "Has anyone yet to finish their Coursework?"

I wish I could snap out of it, but I have a serious problem with procrastination and none of the methods I have applied work.

I've tried making specific "to-do lists", I've tried making rigid schedules, I've tried everything. I really don't know how I ever get anything done! =p

I don't know why, but I get bad anxiety when thinking about starting any school work. It feels like I'm about to go on stage or something. If I could overcome this, I'd be unbeatable.

I'm procrastinating right now when I should be doing my coursework.

Same story here. Not too much to add to that.

I enjoyed that, thanks!

The question is not how to avoid procrastination, but how to procrastinate well.
