I am totally obsessed with the show Stargate SG1 and my family makes fun of me about it, kinda annoying really. Also, I love the smell of blacktop, bandaids, and flour tortillias. Whenever we have tacos, I just HAVE TO take one and smell it, and I think my family is finally getting around to accepting it as ANOTHER one of my odities.

And, I LOVE HISTORY and BOOKS!! Also, (again *sigh*) I love to read the encyclopedia, which is pretty weird as far as modern day reading material goes.

For about a year when I was fourteen I was interested in nuclear weapons. More recently I was interested in biological warfare and diseases.

I love history too (though that's hardly abnormal), for awhile I considered becoming a teacher.

i love lego!

i have been playing lego since I was 3 or 4 and I still play to this day (at age 19!)

I make very detailed scenarios with cities, terrorists, cops, government all kinds of cool stuff.

I keep that quiet though. But I'm debating about whether or not I should do that.

If I keep my beloved interest quiet, I am letting the system win.

F*** the system and their persecuting ways
F*** the system narcissists
They can take their judgments and shove them up their a$$! !! !! !

LIVE FREE, LOVE LEGO!! !!

Well, there are two types of abnormal in my opinion: 1- abnormal due to not being popular and 2- abnormal because no NT would be so obsessed with it.

I only express my type 1 obsessions, which are Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts in my art, and everybody, even people who don't like me like my art so I'm not made fun of for drawing my favourite characters over and over.

About my type 2 obsessions, well, only my 2 intellectual friends who don't make fun of such things know that I LOVE hands... although I'm sure that SOME people have realised how much I stare and examine my and others' hands... and um, my classmates make fun of my obsession with genetics sometimes, but that's all. I'm lucky not to have told a soul that my favourite part about genetics is congenital deformities...

I don't see lot of this abnormal. Here's an example of an abnormal interest: me liking diapers. Now that is an abnormal interest. I also like adult babies and diaper lovers and I enjoy going around online looking for people with those interest in my area. I met two others here so far and one happens to live in the same neighborhood as me. Freaky eh and he works at the grocery store two blocks away from where I live. I'm looking forward to having some diaper fun with people whom meet my interest.

In the past my abnormal interests were peeing outdoors, torturing my Barbie dolls, wearing Barbie heads in my underwear, wearing more than one pair of panties, blowing noses, pooping and peeing, and writing stories about big people wearing diapers and I still do. I also throw in AS but never mentioned the label in one of them because I decided to keep it discreet and leave it up for the readers to decide what is wrong with the character. Ive only mentioned her having a learning disability. Actually I can't decide if the character has AS or not or has PDD-NOS.

Now that is what I call abnormal. Is this an abnormal interest? I liked shorts when I was 5 because Christopher Robin was my favorite character so I always had to wear shorts when it was nice out to be just like him. I was also obsessed with someone’s last name Niehaus (knee-House) when I was 7 because it gave me a funny picture in my head. I also liked the name Anita when I was 12. I think capital punishment would be an abnormal interest because who would like reading about people getting put to death. I find that disgusting but yet I like reading about it and watching movies about it.

My normal interests are: Benny & Joon, Spokane, Aspergers, PDD-NOS, videogames, disabilities and mental illnesses, computers, traveling, reading, writing, Johnny Depp, acting, Mary Stuart Masterson, sex, meeting men in my area, old buildings, shopping, key chains, Hello Kitty, Teletubbies, list goes on.

My past interests were: London, Dalmatians, 101 Dalmatians, Jurassic Park, dinosaurs, weather, the human body, Home Alone 1 and 2, A League of Their Own, James Bond, Titanic, Joely Richardson, maps, Winnie the Pooh, Alice in Wonderland, planets, Mt St Helens, mental retardation, anorexia, cerebral palsy, TY Beanies, list goes on.

Asbestos, fire alarms, fallout shelter signs, synthesizers, toxins, and rocks (where asbestos comes from). Some of these interests have the effect of a horror movie...

8O

As a child, fire alarms scared me because of the intense noise and the red color. The ones in particular at my gradeschool were Simplex electromagnetic "horns" and I remember standing near two that were a semitone apart from each other. This gave a creepy minor 2nd.

Other interests that scare me are fallout shelter signs and asbestos.

Mine would have to be movies, video games, and certain books such as "The Catcher in The Rye" and "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy"

I'm actually so good with movies that I can connect movies to any other movies using the Six Degrees of Seperation.

Example: The Hoax to Casino Royale

Alfred Molina was in The Hoax. Molina was in The DaVinci Code which was directed by Ron Howard, who produced Curious George, which featured Mickey Rooney. Mickey Rooney was in Night at the Museum with Robin Williams. Williams was in Good Will Hunting with Matt Damon. Damon was in Syriana along with Jeffery Wright. Wright was in Casino Royale.

(I did this in 2 minutes and 8.69 seconds when I originally did it)

I have normal obsessions, for example videogames, Mega Man, Final Fantasy series, anime, samurais, swords.

But some of this obsessions lead me to think in weird things. For example, my obsession for samurais and katanas make me wish weird things. Sometimes I want to know how it feels being slashed with a katana and I would like to die by being slashed with a katana.
