Placing huge mental priorities on things, generally.

I mentally plan things out. Or if things get really hectic I will write down what I should do and when.

A lot of times I procrastinate, but I've never had a moment where I haven't had something turned in on time. Very punctual I am.

I've had a big goal to buy a calendar plus start using a planner, but I never get to it, lol. Which is WHY I need it I guess. Especially in college, I have my mind deeply imprinted with assignments that need doing.. and even the ones with due dates months off, I still seriously torture myself mentally about it all the time. Yet I somehow can't get the stuff done to ease myself, I still procrastinate to the last minute. With large projects especially, teachers want you to work on it here & there, slowly moving toward finishing it with time. But I can't, I have to wait till darn near the last couple days of a 3-month assignment, drink a TON of caffeine (tea/coffee) & set aside a large timeslot to do it all. The teachers will always say you CANNOT do that with this assignment & get an A.. and I always get an A.

I go back to my dorm after class and do the assigned homework or reading for that day between my classes. then I get online till next class and do the same again. usually late evenings I turn on my dvd and tv and watch something. right now: West Wing.

I've found also the very act of writing an assignment down solidifies it in my memory, so whenever I've had a dayplanner and have actually written things down, I've never needed to reference them again.

Although for safety's sake I do keep a notebook to-do list for my job. No matter how good I think my memory is, I'll inevitably forget something and that notebook is my backup.

At the beginning of each academic year, everyone at my school gets given a planner. I'm proud to say I'm cool enough to use it still heh :P
