I have a lot of good memories at my old secondary school, so yeah I'd go back. Just after I'd finished I really started to miss being there and couldn't stop thinking about it for a while. A few months ago I went back just to see an old teacher I had to talk about life issues.

I wouldn't piss on my old high school if it was on fire. The most fake, rude, snobbish, abusive a**holes I ever met.

My brother does the exact same thing...and he still goes there!

I liked all but one of my teachers, but all of my peers (with the exception of one NT young man and the entire Special Education/Life Skills population - my only friends) were FAKE and RUDE.

Next year will be 10 years since I graduated. If they invite me to a reunion, I still have not decided if that's something I would go to.

On one hand, I want to see how those who were so full of themselves have failed, and maybe chance running into the one or two friends that I had. Another part of me says that I have done well to forget that chapter of my life and that it would be senseless to revisit it now. I never made any effort to remember it, anyway. I never bought a single yearbook, nor did I go to get my picture taken for it in my senior year.

I would go back to my college. That is the first place where I actually developed meaningful relationships with my peers and the staff.

I do go back to my high school often, about once every year. I loved high school, especially during the last two years. I wouldn't go to a reunion because I don't care much for my classmates, but my teachers were amazing and I really miss some of them.

I don't really see the point. All those I want to see are a part of my life. The last thing I want however, if for my school to feel that it is in any way entitled to claim some of the credit for any success that I have had. It was a hinderance more than an enabler, so I don't fancy going back.

I was JUST thinking about this tonight. I'm debating about it. I just don't know why I'd want to reunite with people who used to ridicule and make fun of me just for them to do it again... I wouldn't be sure what to expect.
