The GED is not a difficult test at all.

For the record one can not take a ged test if they graduated high school. Unless maybe there's no existing proof of graduation.

pretend never happened, I actually rather think the reality of my graduation in't questioned - it's that any new cc-uni would want my transcripts and grades.
Again, I believe GED courses are ONLY. for people who never graduated from HS. The are NOT for " people who want to give it a second try "!
With that, I would have to lie to take a GED course, not passively but actively, since I was enrolled in the same HS for five years, and graduated from. I would have to explain what I did in those five years. I would have to lie about what I did for five years

Maybe there are those who are inclined towards that industrial/college complex or whatever. But some people in colleges are not like that. I understand your desire for self-defense because of past experience.

You have the academics. What you need is other things---like focus and confidence. You need to KNOW that, with the help of admissions counselors, you can start your college road again.

Yep. Take the GED course---but not before trying, in the library, to take a "sample" GED. See where you are. If you pass it in the library, you'll pass the actual test itself.

Now, when I spoke of wanting help, it was't really about you, you're too young. Really, I meant other people.
Other people.to start, do have better phones and computers and more skills to use them and could communicate better with records people. They had past experience S with records people that were good - or neutral - and would-t approach it with the scarring that I have. Thru would't expect defeat-rebuff like I would . Maybe when you're older and have been scarred by a few more things you'll understand.
Other people are " part of society " in S way that I'm not and do would feel less " the imposter syndrome " in trying to do things like this .
Other people could approach the getting the transcripts dispassionately, as a third party. I might be inclined to cry hysterically and ask the records people why they did it to me or scream hatred St them. This could be counterproductive .
You actually say that I'm right in denouncing the idea of S lie-based GED course ! I thank you for that. Although you seem to think. maybe, that I must not criticize that lie-based concept .
Getting the transcripts info is possibly beyond my grasp. For some others, it would likely not be.

Repeating. With GEDs only for people who did not graduate HS makes me an eligible, as I did graduate HS.
Going would mean lying, and saying I did some3 else during the 5 years I was associated with my HS.

You just gotta stop living life like this. It's just not good for your soul and spirit. I know you have health problems. I know things are tough for you. I can't conceive what it would be like for me to be homeless.

But.....you have to treat people like you want to be treated. You don't want people talking smack to you--I'm sure. And you can tell people to cool it when they talk crap to you. Talk to you like a person....don't talk down to you. I've had enough of this crap. You should have had enough, too.

Many people who have been homeless and sick have decided to take the high road in life---even if you have the idiots who look down on you, and don't give a crap about you----you have to maintain you dignity. That's what would keep me alive were I homeless, I feel.
