YEP! I got to squat the room I had last year (a double corner room in the dorm with the biggest rooms) at first they weren't going to let me buy out the room for the first semester because they always claim they don't have enough room to allow that. But then I got my Dr who works in health services to meet with the housing people and explain why it was better for me to have a room to my self but still be in the normal dorms so that I would have the same opportunity to socialize (something you don't get in singles because the amosphere there is pretty anti-social). I wouldn't mind having a roommate but I would have to choose them none of that random crap again. So until I make a best friend here (who doesn't commute) I will be roommateless (yeah new word!).
