I'm going to a vo-tech high school this year, and i'm going there to study opto electronics. They had a very nice, goofy, enthusiastic instructor there, and the year before I come up there he is retiring. In order to be hired as an instructor at this school, you have to have at least 3 to 5 years of experience, so hopefully it won't be some arrogant, self centerd, uneducated idiot that most public high schools hired. I'm keeping my hopes up for a good instructor.
