[rant]I'm glad to have the second quarter done with, especially the Marketing class. My grades are all fine, above the 90's still, pending grading on a couple written assignments. However, it is so tiring having to read superfluous material. This quarter I took Accounting I, Microeconomics, and Marketing, so I had three business classes simultaneously. That was a bad choice in retrospect... way to much reading, especially in the Marketing textbook (Contemporary Marketing 13e, Boone and Kurtz). The Accounting class was easy enough, and I've learned to enjoy Microeconomics, but Marketing just is too much in terms of having to read massive amounts of extraneous verbiage. It could have been condensed, easily, by just removing all the paragraphs and keeping the definitions... oh well... it is over now, and I have 14 days free.
For my third quarter, I'm still going to take three classes, as it is necessary for me to receive financial aid. But, instead of three business classes I'm going to take two and a general. Namely, Accounting II, Macroeconomics, and English Composition. While English Composition requires a lot of writing, it does not, however, require as much reading of unnecessarily exhaustive text or memorization of jargon, so it should be easier than a business class and due to this I may be conscious for more of my days.[/rant]
