Since my depression has come back REALLY badly, my mom is like, you're not doing any homework until we get a phone call from the psych. crisis people. So yes, I'm a little grumpy because that means that the two periods a day that I'm not in class, the only thing I'm allowed to work on is my co-op placement sheet (since that has to be done by the 23rd and it's not that stressful) and I can't focus on that thing for a long amount of time because it's boring and I have like no attention right now. So I've been playing sudokus and going to the library mostly. This is making me restless though, I feel both more relaxed because I'm not doing homework but stressed because I know there's stuff I need to do and sudokus are not going to help! (Though maybe I can do sudokus for the project in logic unit in my online philosophy course :P But that's beside the point because I can't do anything for that class that is homework/project right now)
Not sure what I'm asking for here, maybe some suggestions that might be productive but not stressful?

I feel for you, I really do I have been also battling depression for so many years. With the right meds and (grrr) talk therapy can work wonders. Though find the right med let alone the right dosage. Now I have Major Depressive Disorder, so I dont know exactly what is like for you. However, thing will likely improve with strong in home support. Really I mean it have been to the edge a few times, it never seems like its going to get any better and you just want the pain to end forever! But trust me if you put the work into it things will turn around. Its certainly not easy, nor is every day then you are "better". Really just hang in there I cant stress that enough!! ! When I was younger in back in my school days, I my mom had me take mental health days if really needed and she would give my school a vaild reason for not being there, so I would not get in trouble there.

Try to stay strong, you will be in my thoughts.

If you're at school, would your mom know you were doing homework?

Would you be allowed to read a book that you like?

I'm allowed to read, I've been reading a lot lately because its an escape.
Unfortunately all my teachers know that I'm not allowed to do homework and since I'm SLIGHTLY (haha) obsessed with school, they're watching me.
