I have this problem.

I have been hospitalised for two weeks. Now I have to catch up and I just can't focus on what's been done in class. I can't concentrate and I am afraid I'll have to cancel my semester. Do you have any solution?

I was supposed to have my end-of-semester homework done by Thursday and I didn't start yet. I also have to study for my exam next Tuesday. I can't read the books I am supposed to read because I can't concentrate.

I really don't know what to do.

Did you ask your prof for an extension? Medical issues are definitely a legitimate reason to hand in something late.

I agree. Also, you should try to get a written medical excuse from your doctor or the doctors who treated you at the hospital. I don't know how Canadian schools work with medical excuses but at my university in the US, professors require a written excuse from a doctor for it to count as legit. Good Luck :)

Oh yes, I forgot about that. Yes, Canadian schools need a signed doctors note too. Its the same thing if you miss compulsory labs, tutorials, and tests or exams.
