Have you considered doing high school on-line? I googled and found this, but you may want to google it from your own computer, because mine brought up Canadian sites.

High School On-Line

How about Skype? I don't know how it works but it seems to have a stronger sense of communication with people.

I'm confused. You hate going to school, you don't want to study on-line, you want people. I don't understand.

Aren't there any clubs/activities you can go to while learning online? That way you still get interaction.

You've got two separate issues here: (1) school, and (2) friendship.

If your sister's going to be in the same grade as you, would she be helpful? For school, you have to pass. If you take the same classes as your sister and do your homework together, you might do very well.

For friendship, I'd be inclined to consider groups. How about the chess club? What does the school offer by way of extra-curricular activities? How about checking out the churches - they've got activities and I'd be surprised if they want you to pray first. Talk to whoever's in charge, explain your circumstances and see what they come up with.

Does any of this sound like a good idea?

gemstone- I want real friends not just online friends.

Claradoon- I know im sorry it is confusing, but I feel as if I can do different this time, then last year, im feeling better. My sister does not like the fact that I would be in the same grade as her because she is afraid I will steal her friends and sit with her at lunch. I told her that I would only sit with her until I Found some friends of my own. Im always scared of joining clubs because of people judging me on why I am there.

Yeah I meant that while you study at home you can find some real friends at clubs which is what people do. If you really want to go back though maybe you should start gradually which is what I did after I took some time off.
