Recommendation letters

What do you do if you do not have anyone to ask for a recommendation letter?

I need recommendation letters and I've "used up" all my best people on other applications this past year, so now all I have are teachers I did not know very well. And I have almost no friends otherwise.

Generally, I'd just ask the same people for another letter.

How many places are you putting in for that you need these things?
