Yesterday, I decided to start getting counselling since I feel that I want to at least have someone to talk to about my issues. I spent around 10 minutes with a counsellor at my university who asked me general questions. I filled out a form saying I had difficulties with concentration, social situations, and I had internet addiction. The counellor booked an appointment on June 6th so that I can see a specialist who fits my needs.

What should I talk about when I see the specialist? Should I just talk about my troubles with school work or should I bring up Aspergers? The problem is that I don't have a diagnosis for aspergers but I feel that its a good opportunity to bring it up, even though I am gonna talk about my troubles with schoolwork.

Even if I don't get the help I need with my schoolwork, it just feels good to have someone to talk to and keep my words confidential.

I think you should talk about what you're having problems with.

If you bring up AS, they might suggest you get an assessment.

I'd see how it goes really. In fact, you can probably ask the counsellor what you can talk about, they might do a lot of the work in that regard.

Take it in medium steps. You might get someone pretty good.
