Now what?

Road trip? If you feel you're a cold-weather person, deliberately drive out to Santa Fe or Austin. If you feel you're a warm-weather person, drive to Seattle or Vancouver.

Pardon me if this was a joke. But I feel you have those city's backwards.
I have them "backwards" deliberately. When you find yourself saying, "Oh, I'm not a person who likes X kind of music, or Y kind of food," you probably owe it to yourself to give X or Y a try to see. Keep doing this a lot.
Even if you find you're spot-on on your likes and dislikes, you'll at least know after doing this a bunch of times whether or not you like having new experiences. It's worth at least knowing this for yourself, and probably testing yourself on this several times throughout your life. Just after graduation isn't too terrible: you've (probably) not started a family, not really started a career. If you want to shake yourself out of your life a bit, this is one of the better times to do it.
