Well tomorrow is my sign-off day for college. That is it. The end. And yes, college, not school. We finish school at 15/16 in England. And basically I don't know what to do next. I just cannot do college anymore, from all the bad experiences from it and that it has made me realise how scarily out of place I am in the world. Not that I have enough qualifications to do any course that may sound interesting, since I'm not the stereotypical aspie who is a God in all the important subjects.

I want to do something with my drawing, somehow make a cartoon series or comic (my huge failings in school were mostly due to me drawing and drawing and drawing while everything else was going on), but I was so put off by controlled, linear art subject I had to do at school. 'Art = freedom and creativity' is bullpucky when it's being taught to you.

Anyways, I have been looking over the internet about jobs with cartoons and animation, but there is literally nothing in the UK, except for in London. Hell, I don't even want to work in the UK, I would go to Mars if I had the independence and billions of pounds (£), but I have to start here, somehow... And I can't work on my goal of communicating with real-life human females, until I'm happy with myself, apparently.

Sorry, I'm not meaning to sound depressing, it's merely an insane-confusion thing.

Pursuing art as a career can be tough. One possibility might be to start a comic strip on an internet page with a ChipIn button. Basically do funny comics for free with a donation box.
