I haven't registered with the disabilities board (or whatever its called) in my college so I don't have any of the benefits granted to people with high functioning autism and although I don't really need it, I failed 1 test this semester and the reason I failed was I completely mismanaged my time and ended up doing 66% of the test in the last 15 minutes. I can see that if I had the extra 20 minutes granted to people with autism and ADHD I probably would have passed this test. I wonder if I was to register with the disabilities board now would I be able to get passed by compensation or something (since I was only about 5 marks away from getting passed by compensation) or is it too late for that. At the moment I have to retake this exam and I will easily pass it this time round but it costs £150 to resit exams in my college so I would really rather not resit it. Anyone here have any experience with this kinda thing?

Iam guessing you sould have told them long before the test not after a test. Pay and redo the test and than go ask for help for future testing.
