Anyone here went to junior high or high school abroad? How was that like going to a school in a country where you didn't grow up in? Did anyone here go to boarding school also? Religious school?

I grew up in the military. I went to high school in Germany. It was an American high school for army kids.

Oh cool. I grew up military life too. We lived in Seoul for a long time and I went to Seoul American High School. It was small school for grades 7-12 and had around 500 students. Where in Germany did you live? I know few people who lived and went to US based schools in Augsburg and Ulm.

We never got to live in Europe while dad was in the US Army. We lived in Indiana, New Jersey, South Korea and Virginia. Dad worked at the US Embassy in Seoul for few years. I even worked during the summer at the US Embassy.
