I'm at secondary schoool, in Year 9 (for pupils aged 13-14) and an Aspie girl.
I'm starting back at school on Monday after half term.
I struggle with extreme anxiety and depression because of my Asperger's, and so only do half days or a bit less normally.
I have a weighted lap pad and shoulder wrap, which I use to help me keep still and concentrate. The pressure also helps to relax me more. Weighted therapy is something I have found that helps, but I just wondered if anybody else has any things that help(ed) them cope with their Asperger's at school/college?
I'm UK based, just for reference.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
