Going Back into Journalism or Other Option

So, originally I wanted to major in Journalism in college. But it didn't really work out for me. I quit going to the journalism major because I didn't think it quite worked. I had some nasty experiences with some very rude teachers. One teacher was disorganized and completely confusing to follow. His impulsive and spontanous behavior made it very hard to function. And another teacher felt I was challenging him to much. Thus I left the journalism course and went to work on my associates.

At current I have found love in the field of Environment and Resource conservation. I'm taking an Intro to Wildlife Biology and we go on field trips and we find all these places I didn't think existed and yet they do. And I'm learning about animals and feel more relaxed. I'm also volunteering at an Educational Environmental Conservation Program. They use science education of a natural area to protect and conserve a natural piece of land and I do love it.

But I find all my skill sets go back to one thing Journalism. Currently I am helping the program I am volunteering, by running them a newsletter. I'm also interviewing volunteers of the program. All the skills learned in journalism are beneficial while I am here. So I am extremely confused right now. I have done poor in college, but haven't told my father whom has benfitted me with fundage for college. I have been doing the associates and have some points for it. But got poor scores in Anthropology, HCD, and even Art History and History. Well I dropped Art History and History. I was so f*****g bored in history, I had to fight myself not shouting out all the answers all the time. Oh and my Geography class could have went better too.

I still have to do English and Math. See my dad wants me to continue my Associates because that is what he is funding for. But I want to actually major in something. But by the end of this year I need a job, I cannot find one. But I am fighting between getting back into Journalism, contining my Associates, or even doing this new major that I really like a degree in Environmental Conservation.

Any suggestions?
