Schools in general that is oriented towards people with aspergers. What method etc.. do they use that are supposedly better than the alternatives?

They appoint some fellow to actually talk to students with aspergers. And then he'll tell everyone else what they say so no one else has to talk to them.

No special pedagogy?
Seems kind of mundane otherwise..
