"One does not simply overcome Senioritis".

Maybe someone knows how? For almost two months now (Since the end of January) I feel as if my Academic Ability, particularly my AP Literature essay-writing, has slowed down to a crawl.

I'm wondering if my current workload has something to do with it, perhaps. At the end of this month I have my School's massive Senior Project interview and my School's Musical Production, during the same week; all of this is on top of College Scholarships, tons of Schoolwork, etc.

Any advice on how to get out of this malaise?

Sounds like you are suffering from school work/study overload. Dump all non essential activities, like TV and going out with friends, until this crunch time is over. This will leave a little time make sure you get plenty of rest, and some moderate exercise, like a walk.

I'm senior this year. My grades are staying fine, but the time is going by so slowly it seems. And yet it has been fast too. More than ever I dread school each day. Each day feels like a hurdle to get through it. I just want it to be over with.

Dude I am right with you. I am a senior too. I am going to Hawaii for college once I graduate. I have gotten all a's this year, but guess what: I can now fail every single class except gym and still graduate. Woot! That is the wrong attitude to have but it lightens the mental load on me a bit. I have been bogged down with college stuff, English projects, Russian and Japanese projects, as well as trying to get money around for prom.

I am trying to keep my momentum rolling going into college. However, at this point in the year it really is all pointless unless you are worried you won't graduate.
