How do I get a bad vision of a teacher's reaction out of me?
Guys I have this very antiquated "vision" in my mind of a teacher yelling at almost in a drill sergeant like manner about how "You shouldn't be in this class!" which goodness knows is not a thing at community college but instead is more like "guys it's your money and education" and teacher's aren't usually as expressive about disappointment.
-_- Need I mention the thoughts "origins" in cruddy high school experiences?,

I have a few bad experiences with teachers that still want to replay in my head from time to time.
As soon as I am aware of those thoughts I try to say to myself "Oops, there they are again". I then try to let them float on through and out of my mind like clouds floating through the sky. That is, I allow myself to be aware of them, but not allow them to capture control of my mind and emotions. This has been a long process, but these days they come around much more seldom, and when they do they have little power over me. (Unless I give in to them.)
