Hey Gang, this is a two prater so brace your selves ok:
So yesterday I got my progress report and much to my surprise My math scores went way up! previously I was at a 6.0 standard now I'm at a 8.5 standard and my language (math) shot way up to 11.2 standard and the other classes which I preempted til next semester I scored really high too so I'm on my way! and I have my instructor to thank for that even tho she does not normally work with Autistics (hate using that phrase) she knows I have a few LD's and tries to work with me on a level that I am comfortable with and tries to do things in a way so that I can picture it so I owe her much gratitude...Today we were working concordance plain which I know a little about but it got really really overwhelming to the point I almost had a meltdown she saw it in my face and my body language and told me if I wanted to get out and walk around for a few mins I could have however like the yutz that I am I was hyper-focused on solving the two problems that I was having a great deal of problems with so in between class she walked over to me and sat down and told me it's ok if you don't get this this go around to which I said not to me it isn't!! I should know the answer I see the f'ing answer but I can't write it!! ! So she worked out the two problems with me she also reviewed a few other problems and found that I got a few wrong due to the fact I reversed the X-axes and Y-axes my dyslexia was showing today so after that was done she told me If I needed to get up and walk out the room I can and wanted to let me know that she doesn't say anything about it when I do leave because she understands that the noise and stress gets to me more then the other students. I truly hope that I get her for next semester with her as my instructor I'm sure to get my diploma
