Incase you are wondering why this topic's title has II in it, it is a sequel to a post I made back in June when a girl in my class was really infuriating and upsetting me. You can search for the old topic "B1TCH!" if you like, as this topic mentions the same girl.

In Science today we were asking questions about space. It was very interesting - only that this delinquented character made me feel low for the rest of the day.

Here's what happened:

This girl, who I shall not name, said some things to me.

Quote:
Teacher: (Quoting my question, which was written on the board) "Do stars use gravitational forces on other stars?"
Me: (Put my hand up, to show that I asked the question and that people knew it was me)
This Girl: Alright, centre of attention!*

*This refers to an RE lesson we had this morning when I suddenly moved my hands dramatically to get myself back into the work. She said, "What's the matter (Or something similar?)". I replied, "Why do you always have to make me look like the centre of attention?" I decided not to continue as the teacher started speaking and I didn't want to interrupt.
Quote:

Me:
(we were drawing stars on balloons and something came to my fascination) I like the way that the ink particles come close together and the area decreases on the balloon when you deflate it.
This Girl: Ollie, basically it's just a bit of pen and a balloon, okay?

That made me feel that my analyses are inferior. She's not the only one who is allowed to analyse things!
Quote:

Me:
(I put a jar of pens away on a table next to me, and put it down harshly. I don't know why, but I just liked to put it down in an orderly way. Must be an AS/OCD thing [although I don't have OCD]).
This Girl: You don't have to slam it!
Me: (to her) Shut up.
This Girl: No!

It's not that she is being a role model in the classroom that annoyed me. It was the fact that she being a role model in the classroom and making me look like an idiot who shouldn't be accepted. I don't like her giving a negative image of me!

I shall mention this to the teacher I had, and possibly my Social Skills teacher.

This girl has often said things to or about me and tried to make me look weird, just because she can't accept the way I think!
These include:

Quote:
Teacher: What is voltage (or some other electrical term)?
Me: It is the unit of work in an electrical energy transfer.
This girl: (Quietly to the others) Did you hear the language he just used?

Quote:
Teacher: What is continental drift? (I am the only one who puts my hand up) Well I know Ollie's going to know it!
This girl: Well of couse he's going to know it! He reads loads of science magazines! I read Cosmopolitan!

What are your views on this? I don't deserve to be treated this way just because of this girl's idiocy.

No, she's not trying to make me fancy her, in fact I hardly like her at all!
From her attitude, I don't think that she likes me either. She might do, but I am sceptical and cynical.
I'll just ignore her comments but if they continue I'll just think,

"Well if she wants to grow up in an immature environment, then let her. It's her loss, not mine."

alright, Im sorry but Im gonna have to disagree with the last post!(one about the girl likin ya) Unfortunatly, there are people like this ALL OVER THE WORLD, everywhere you turn it seems. These are the people that fit the bully mold simply to make themself feel/look better. And again, unfortunatly, it works everytime or so it seems.

The world seems to give credit to these people for being jerks and b1tches. If they make fun of you and its funny, they're automatically cool. If you cant comeback with something funnier, you arent. Its how society works.

Telling your teacher might not help at all. In fact, it might aggravate the situation and cause more suffering on your part. The best way to deal with these people, is to not deal with them at all.

By the way, do people at school know you have asperger's syndrome? If they dont, do you have an official diagnosis? Here's an idea if they dont. People dont like to feel bad. They love shooting fish in a barrel UNTILL they know they're shooting fish in a barrel. In other words. They all know you're smart, and they all know you're wierd, 2 key weakspots because you obviously arent social and they use them against you. If you were to say, you know, you're really cool. I aspire to be like you one day. You know, making fun of autistic people and all. You're special you know that? Takes a different kind of low to treat an autistic person with no class or tact.(something to those measures).

And you have to say it loud enough. Just loud enough for her to hear is not good enough. The whole class needs to know that this person has no class. This person is a b1tch from the underworld. She doesnt deserve friends, she'll keep her best ones of course, but the people who just hang around at school will look at her differently.

Oh, and by the way. You cant do this all dramtically, tearing at the eyes and all. You have to do it boldfaced and with infliction in your voice. You have show some guts to just stand up and say, you know what, you dont deserve to breath. You're lower than the gum stuck to my shoes.

But this is only one idea from someone who took that kinda crap for too long, WITHOUT knowing I was autistic.

She sounds immature, and threatened by your intelligence. Maybe her folks at home are yelling at her: OH MY GOD! LOOK AT THESE GRADES! GET YOUR F-----G ACT TOGETHER, SLUT! So, whenever you show intelligence, she get bitter and resentful. You know how some NT's have to react to whatever somebody does, even if nobody asked them! .

hello,

Some day you will be out of the hellhole called "Public School". College is so much better, people are more willing to accept differences.

Life will still be hard since you have AS, but it will not be as hard.

"And this to will pass."

If they do not like you, %uck them.

Wow. I really don't even find it humorous, it's quite pathetic. Perhaps just relay back to her the truth: That the fact that she has to stoop to taking shots at you to make herself look good shows how desperate she is to gain popularity, and that deep down, she is insecure about herself and really isn't comfortable by how she is viewed by her peers in general and wants to be viewed differently. Sure, she'll deny it in everyway, but it'll eat away the inside of her, and you don't have any popularity to gain I assume, so basically it's a win-win situation. Nothing hurts more than the truth.

So, I guess it will remain a mystery!

I don't know, but she doesn't really sound that bad to me. If you want to see bad, you should see some of the girls from my last school! If you're not like them, they'll shun you out immediately (I'm talking withen one class period!), they'll spread the most horrible rumors about you, they'll make fun of you every chance you get, they'll wait for you in the hall to harrass you, and some even started this cult-like thing against me! It was that bad! And I'm not even going to go into the parts where I was beaten up daily!

She is smart, as she is in the top classes, but she is just immature.

Some people in my class know I have AS, but as my science class involves people from several different groups, the majority do not know I have AS.

But that's a really good idea! I would love to make her look inadequate. Also, the fact that she does not know about autism also catches her out. But I don't know how to answer when someone says, "What does autistic mean?" Then that should make her feel guilty inside.

It's just like when my friend on my birthday was having dinner when a window cleaner came. He came up with a pun "widow cleaner", only he realised that his wife was actually dead!

There was a girl in high school that treated me in quite a similar fashion, I hated her so much... but then three years after I graduated I saw her working as a waitress at Hooters (by far the most degrading job I think a woman can have) so I had the last laugh...

I think either: a) She's a dumb b***h or b) She likes you.

Do you sit next to her in class? If so, try your best to get a seat change.

I don't sit next to her, but sometimes near her. Even if she's on the other side of the room, she still comments about my thinking because she's such a loudmouth. She does my head in!
