Ok, I assume you are still in high school. I graduated last year, so I hope I can offer up some useful advice: First, the jerks. They might not actually be jerks. I know early in highschool, I had trouble tell the difference between jokes and insults. So it might be the same case for you. But if the are in fact jerks, then to hell with 'em. The special ed comment: Most people do generally respect one another, and they're probably just being cordial. As for the flirting thing, it's actually pretty damn normal. It's probably a good thing for you, unless you are uncomfortable with it. Truth is, if you are uncomfortable with someone flirting with you, just ignore it. But don't be a dick about. I hope I can help.

PE is the best opertunity to look good.

Ok so you probably think but im no good at sport im better at maths etc well thats great because no one will think your a try hard show off.

theres no eye contact needed when your playing sport well sort of

everyones being empathetic in ed and are probably pretty uncomfortable themselves maybe the flirtings just to break the ice during ed

participate in everything and you'll get respect no matter how unco you are

eds wierd you talk about sex, abuse, dissabilitys even bullying but everyone is UNCOFORTABLE IN ED so use that

never say your to sick to play sport!

When I took PE I got made fun of a little cause I never participated and I had a lot of dress cuts. But me and a few other people got agressive so it stopped. :D

Heh, I almost didn't graduate HS due to PE requirement. I pretty much skipped school every day that I had to go to PE. Luckily, the coach was pretty cool, he let me run a mile for each class I missed. Got in good shape pretty fast.

I still have nightmares (nearly 15 years after I graduated) that my highschool tracks me down due to excessively skipping PE, and I have to go to PE to make my highschool diploma valid in order for my BS and MPH degrees to be valid.

I was actually in a special PE class from grades 4-6 due to my lack of coordination.

I don't really mind certain sports that much, but I have to learn at my own pace due to my coordination. Once I learn, though, I can really like something. Biking is a good example of this, though I can't have a very aerodynamic bike due to not being able to stay on the bike with a higher center of mass. Also, I LOVE water aerobics because it's easy to stay balanced in the water.

I loved PE because I was eitehr with my firends or in the same class as the guy I liked.

As for the actual doing stuff, nah that sucked. No-one else wanted to either bar a few sporty people anyway.

I hated PE. It got so boring. You no longer do fun games and its all sports. And the kids are so dang defiant-flexible its rediculous. They don't play the games right and they goof off. Like they might kick the ball and run very slowly and not even run or someone hits the ball and runs and the people out in the field don't even run after the ball and they let the run get a home run because they stalled getting the ball. With a sub it was even worse. Not all of them participated and it made PE even more boring. PE was so muc fun when I was in elementary school. In middle school it started to get boring and its even more boring when you reach HS. There was only one day when i liekd PE and it was when I was 15. There was going to be a wreslting match in my school that day so the mat was on the gym floor so it prevented us from doing sports so we played crab soccer with a huge wiffle ball from elementary school instead and circle tag. That was the good old days I was in again and I wished PE was still that fun everytime but sadly it was only for one day.

i hate PE, but instead of going to PE class i walk a couple of kilometers instead and that have made my life better.

If you don`t want to participate in PE you should talk to the PE teacher and try to get an agreement that you can walk or run instead of being in the class.

I was in adapted PE. It at least got me a passing grade in PE. It only sucked slightly less than regular PE.
