I keep having meldowns during tests and I often can't finish my tests or mock exams because of this. It's really bad. What should I do?

If I knew you in person, I could probably offer a decent solution.

Are you officially diagnosed with Asperger's. If so, I would ask for such accommodations as untimed testing. Maybe you'll be less anxious if you had a longer time to take tests.

Yes, I am officially diagnosed with Asperger's. It could maybe help, but I'm not sure.

Doesn't hurt to try, right?

I was once in Norway--though only in Rygge Airport, about 60 or so kilometres south of Oslo.

Are you from that area?

I guess so.

Yes, I am actually. I am from a small town between Moss and Oslo

It's really nice there. Lots of nice houses, and nice forests.

You should think about getting test accommodations. Also try to tell yourself that you studied hard and that you will get through the exam fine. Thinking negatively may result in a bad score.
