In grade 2 we went apple picking.
In grade 2 we went to the La Ronde amusement park.
In grade 3 we went to a Montreal Symphony Orchestra concert.
In grade 4 we went apple picking.

In grade 5 we went to Quebec City.

In grade 8 we went on the Girls for the Cure walkathon again.
When Pierre Elliott Trudeau died, when I was in grade 7, we all walked to the train station to watch the train containing his remains pass. I saw his flag-draped coffin in the back of the train through the window!

We peobably went to other places too that I forgot... I'll add them when I remember!

Wow, that's quite a list! Lol, we once went to a disused quarry for a lesson on how to make ordnance survey maps and once we went skiing in Italy.

I've been on too many to remember! But unfortunately, I couldn't go on them all (because of my ignorant teachers). Anyway, I'd have to say my favorite one was in sixth grade and we went to the Indianapolis Children's Museum along with the eigth graders. We had so much fun just running around and having a good time. Plus in my group, all my friends were with me!

I went on a field trip to a beach once and I got sunburn real bad. Don't go to any beaches in New Jersey.

You guys don't remember much. I guess you're diffe4rently focused!

Oh yeah; in third grade we did this contest with other schools to see who could make the best poster promoting peace, and we came up with one called "Peace Park", with a big picture of a park where kids did peaceful things. We were one of the classes that won and we each won our own bike, helmet and first aid kit, we went to a college where we had a free lunch in the cafeteria, and we saw all the posters on the walls in the cafeteria-- I never ate the food (meat loaf) tho. :D We then watched this movie with this little boy called Street Smart, teaching us on boke safety, and this guy who lost his memory in a horrible accident, and his wife, talked and he showed us this bald spot on his head that resulted from it... we then went to the Macdonald farm and saw the cows, we each got a little carton of milk that they made there, we were supposed to do an experiment but never had time, or kids were misbehaving or something. Then we went back. :)

I remember having three or so field trips in middle school (one to an island in the Everglades, one to a show and one to a hospital), and nothing at all in high school, not counting some math and debate competitions.

We went to a winery in the Winery Tourism course I took in my last semester of college.

Greatest field-trip ever.

Field trips I remember:
10th grade: Berkeley Botanical Gardens
9th grade: Planned Parenthood
8th grade: Monterey Bay Aquaruim
5/6th grade (same teacher, a little blurry): Scale model of the Delta (not sure where), Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory, the Rosecrucian Museum
Elementary school sometime: Dreyer's Ice Cream Factory, Ardenwood Historic Farm, the SF Tech Museum, the Exploratorium
There weren't as many field trips in high school, but my botany class went to a local creek about once a month to monitor trees. I was homeschooled in 8th grade, so I went on a field trip about once a week, but it depends on your definition of field trip. In college, I've gone to a couple of places, a bronze factory and the Rosecrucian museum again. Sorry, that's all I've got for now.

How is that like? In my region, my ninth grade class went to a pro-life speech rally diametrically against that.

We just saw the reception area and it looked just like a reception area. There were some general health posters, like not smoking while pregnant and things like that. There were like candy bowls, but instead of candy, they were filled with condoms. I didn't really pay much attention. It was a health class field trip, so it was just informative, plus there was and ice cream store nearby, so we got ice cream, too. I like ice cream, so I thought it was a good field trip.

Alcatraz Island!! !

Growing up, I went there with my classes probably half a dozen times, lol. The dirty old prisoner's cells started looking pretty cozy after a while, just because it was so familiar...

Me too! Probably along with just about every other kid that grew up in the Bay Area. I think I went there three times in elementary school. I also went to a place in Chinatown where they make fortune cookies a few times in elementary school.
