Okay this is what happend. I got a Video teacher that makes me nervious. He showed tasteless films in his class. Esspecially a NC-17 film. I noticed that I wasn't the only one in my class that was disturbed by it.

I work with a special service that helps me with HW and transportation. One of the people there suggested for me to talk to the head of the art department about this. So I did. Told my parents. They were extremely angry with me. Esspecially when I didn't sit down and talk to them first. I told then that the service told me too. They understood that. But they were angry with me for not talking with them previously. Plus they are afraid that my teacher will figure out that it was me who compained and will kick me out of the class, even though the school will not tell him my name on the complaint. Plus he's already looking at my next video project that is a Satire on Hollywood went downhill with Bad Taste.

I'm feeling pretty down today and I had a meltdown last night. I pretty much feel doomed. I'm trying to regain my self-convadence since today is the first day for my Asperger's Club. Even though I'm some-what the leader, I'm trying to regain enough self-convadence to lead the group successfully. Though I'm still feeling down in the dumps.

Professors in college can fail you for whatever reason they want.

You should of maybe waited till the semester was over?

i think you are brave to stand up for what you think and shouldn't worry about the professor failing you as they are not allowed to do so without reason and would be worried about further complaints against them for acting spitfully.
I also think it's great you have a club and hope it goes well for you.
Well done for all these things and hopefully your parents will be supportive of your efforts.

Here is the thing about college: YOU are paying YOUR money to be there, and they damned well better give you the education that YOU DESERVE. Don't be afraid of this professor and how he might retaliate... if there is a problem then you are completely justified in doing something about it. He is not a GOD with absolute power over your life... he's just a person and no better than you are.

You do what you feel is right and take it to whatever level you need to. If nothing else, you could drop the class and they could refund your tuition, then you could just take it again another time (from a different professor). One college course really does not matter in the overall scheme of things. You will take many of them for your degree and you'll forget almost everything you learned in them after a few years anyway

Replace the few years with like 20 minutes after the final exam LOL

One of the things that I don't get is that everyone exept my parents are proud of me for the complained.
My parents are ticked off at me for 1. not letting and asking them before, and 2. For doing this childish action.

They say that they have the best interest in me so I should always talk to them. But at times I'm not sure. They misunderstand me alot. It's probably the Aspie / NT nature.
