I have a solid B for the course! I'm finished, except for the final exam (not comprehensive), which I can flunk and still pass with a nice grade :D I'm ordering my cap and gown this week and graduation is less than 4 weeks away! I can't believe I did it!

Graduating college, Penn State :D

Originally it was a psychology degree, but then I switched and started taking a bunch of science/biobehavioral health so I could go into nursing. It's a degree in Arts and Sciences so now I can go whichever direction I choose for my next degree program.

Have you decided what that is yet?
BTW I am 1/2 way through my arts and sciences degree.

I took two Statistics courses when I was in college. One course was Elementary Statistics. It was a odd thing with that course because I did not really know how to explain what I was doing there but at the same time I was able to get really good grades from that course. The second Statistics course was for my Psychology Major. It was a much harder course and the professor that I had was not that great. I barely passed this course. I did not understand anything, even the easy stuff.

I think I'm going to get my certification in ultrasonography so I am employable in the medical field while I work on my RN program. I love the diagnostic stuff, so I think it would be a very enjoyable way to pay for college :)

That's really cool that you're half way through! It took me a LONG time, life threw me some curve balls, but I got through. I think the second half has been waaaay easier. Good luck to you in your degree program!

Aaw... YOU ROCK! :D

ULTRASOUND! YEAH! So you can install car stereo systems now? :P

Depending on where you work, you might not like the call hours!
The folks at my little hospital seem to really like their job though!

Best wishes to you! :wtg:

GOOD WORK!! I have been going to school for 30 years--intermittently, very intermittently--trying to finish any of my 167 majors to get a bachelors degree---extremely liberal arts! I usually get down to the last class before I decide to do something else entirely. Echocardiography was one of the things I wandered in and out of...I realized I can't stand personal contact and sick people make me nervous ( after 30 years, working in hospitals...say, do I detect a trend?) THE PAY IS EXCELLENT, the technology and clinical are fascinating and the on-call bearable---if you specialize in neonates, hospitals will slobber and pant to hire you. YOU FINISHED!! MY HERO!! :D
