Does anybody know of any online maths test to find out what level you have reached? e.g. key stage 1, 2 etc.

You have to be more specific. What level you have reached in terms of what?

You can try looking for free AMC-12, AIME, USAMO, Putnam or any olympiad type contests to see how good your problem solving skills and ingenuity is at the level of elementary mathematics.
