Today was my first day of classes for the new semester.
My first class was Calculus I, taught by one of the few professors at my college who is older than 60. He is very straightforward, and structured--a sharp contrast from my chemistry professor last semester, whose class I had to drop. Calculus was surprisingly easy, mainly because I had excellent practice in my precalculus class at the community college I attended back in Houston.
My second course was Structural Geology. We learned how to use a Brunton compass, which is a tool that geologists use to measure strikes and dips on rocks. Tomorrow, I have Sedimentation and Stratrigraphy.
Good first day

I'm very scared about my first day, as I don't do very well with change, and it will be two days after I have my last summative (In my least favourite course, history)
Plus my English class, the only one that's not semestered, is having a HUGE test on the same day, so that stresses me out more!
