I procrastinate allot, and the more I stress about it, the more I do it, does anybody else here do it?

Yeah I do it too. And every time I finally get round to doing the work I tell myself I'm never going to let it happen again, but it does.

i heard a really good saying for procrasination once that really just somes it up:

procrasination: It sounds like mastarbation...good idea in theory but in the end your only really f*****g yourself.

I procrastanate like you wouldn't belive I do this for every project and I am stuck trying to get it done on the day before its due.

I procrastinate about almost EVERYTHING, from what do eat for lunch and what time to eat - to what way I should make my lunch and how much I should make.

[I don't always procrastinate about food but just used that as an example]
