These are the three minors I am considering when
I transfer to Portland State in 2012.
Countries where this disclipline is taught is attached.

Film Studies: Chile, Czech Republic, Egypt, Australia, and New Zealand

Geography: Spain, Egypt, South Africa, Portugal, Costa Rica, and Argentina

Theater: Chile, Ecuador, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, and England

Ok how do minors work? and why would you take them instead of double honours?
