Preface: I am student teaching for Algebra 1, PreCalc, Calc and a little bit for AP Calc. I have 2 corresponding teachers. Today was my 4th day. I alternate between teachers (every other day)

I was bored so I told one of my corresponding teachers about an idea I had for a dissertation study for math (and english) curriculum. Turns out she loved it so much that she wants me to present it to the district head of Mathematics development for K-12 who is coming to visit the school... on Tuesday (today is Thursday).

Which gives me less than 4 days to write up a dissertation proposal detailing my project idea.

...yikes.

Congratulations. :)

I wouldn't stress too much... I would expect that even if it's incomplete on Tuesday that you would still be able to deliver it via mail or email later.

I would hope so. I am also looking at Harvard to do my Doctorate through.

Woohoo! Congratulations! It's great that you're being recognized. I wish you luck in getting that proposal done. And good luck with Harvard if that turns out to be the university you choose.
