I think my social anxiety was more a result of autistic social issues, than true social anxiety.

Depression, social anxiety, generalized anxiety and PTSD plus I may have adhd...cause I have a hard time focusing and lose things all the time.

I think the autism fights with the ADHD though, as my Autism wants me to keep things organized in a particular manner, but the ADHD means I can't focus on keeping things that organized...so I am stuck between wanting to organize things better as my autistic brain would prefer that but then my ADHD makes it to where I cant focus on doing that and just get distracted by whatever seems most interesting at the moment.

Not certain I have Adhd since I keep putting off going to a doctor about it, idk I am worried about being seen as some drug seeker when I just would really want guidence on how to manage ADHD even without medication, like I just want to know if I for sure have it or not and if not medication what else I can do about it. Cause it for sure makes my life hard at times being so forgetful and such.

I'm actually dx'd ADHD and have been for several years, but I firmly believe it's a misdiagnosis and that ASD explains my symptoms far better

I don't have any of them.

I cleared out my own suspicions of having AD(H)D/BPD like symptoms from most of my hormonal issues and unprocessed grief of a damn 5 year old self

It could've been solved in a span of few days by myself.

Wasted years coping with those crap and all that coping mechanisms and no space for learning that matters for me.

I just need to break unwanted habits because of said coping mechanisms and start learning real executive function skills.

Unless chronic rhinitis counts...
It caused me more psych and physical issues, main reason why my quality of life sucks than anything.

Or just for not being able to cope being trapped in a hormonal woman's body I guess...

All I have left is possible underlying health issues and whatever stupid unprocessed emotions underneath.

Shall I count "being a legend" as a comorbidity?
It is likely terminal due to jealous husband.

Without going into detail I have a few health issues and mental issues that would be considered co-morbid.
