I see these things written in job postings all the time as well, but I think you should just apply for the job anyways.
Sometimes the jobmakers are simply putting words like these in the postings for no other reason than making the job look harder than it is, to reduce the number of applicatans.
If the job is in sales or customer services, it's definetely important to have good communication skills, but it all depends.

I think you should focus the actual job and forget about the "people skills" that are listed up. Don't write about it in your application and instead keep a sharp focus on what you're good at.

But yes, you do have a point: A lot of job postings seems to be looking for completely un-autistic people!
