I'm a physician medical director at a pharmaceutical company. The work is good, but it's tough for me to make it in sometimes due to mood, etc. Plus I still get a bit bored in the NT world. I'm always driving to do things a bit out of the box and that is often challenging. But it's pretty good, regardless.
