I have my learners permit but where i am i need 75hours of driving lessons and supervised driving so it will take a while to get a car licese. However i have my motorbike license and love riding around on my honda. I got my motorbike licese recently at 26 years old. I live right near the center of a capital city (30minutes walk from city center) so i really don't need a license but i have decided to just do it.

In my state you cant get a motorcycle license unless you have one for a car

where i am....it is seperate. you need to go to rider safe schools and everything to get a bike license and it is quite expensive. you need you car learners before even applying for motorbike learners here.

There may be motorcycle driving schools/courses here but I'm not sure. I know you have to already have a drivers license & then pass a cycle driving test & I think there's probably a written test before that too. Having the standard drivers license is a prerequisite to getting any kind of other drivers licenses here.

The rural state I was living in at the time offered a learner's permit at 14, (passed 2nd time I think) and license at 15. It seemed to help a lot that I started driving earlier and in a very low-stimulus simple environment, but I was still very anxious about all of it. I didn't have to learn to juggle the car and the traffic and all the rules (and everything that can go wrong) all at the same time, but in stages. And my dad did a lot of things wrong, but he taught me how to drive right. One thing I never got a handle on is driving a standard.
I think like a lot of other things, I systemized driving.
