What if I get bullied at work?

That's why my Bosses come down so hard on me. They are trying to prove that I am not a genius by subjecting me to all of this humiliation. Unfortunately most autistics buy into all of this humiliation and they themselves believe that they could not possibly be a genius.

Not making friends at work isn't a big deal. You're there to work and get paid for it, not make friends.

Bullying at work is really rare. Some people can be bitchy, sure, but bullying is rare. If it happens, look for another job, or document it and talk to the HR department or employer.

It's unlikely you'll ever be truly bullied at work. And, you don't need to make friends at work. Just be polite, cordial, and do your job... and you'll be fine.
